Stroller Strides is a 60 minute total body workout that moms can do with their babies. It includes cardio and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment.
For Saturday classes only - Must be registered by 9:00 PM the night before class. Sign up Policy: If 1 or less people are signed up after 9pm Friday, Saturday class will be cancelled. An email will be sent to existing sign up. There will be a $10 cancellation fee for cancellations within 2 hours of class. If class is cancelled the $10 cancellation fee is void. If you are registered for a Saturday class and do not show up, you will be charged what you paid for the visit. more

Stroller Barre is a 60 minute total body workout incorporating ballet, pilates, barre, and stroller based exercises to help mom build strength, muscle tone, and improve posture.

Body Back® is a results-based workout designed specifically for moms to focus on themselves. Each session runs for 8 weeks and includes before & after assessments, 2 live classes per week, at home workouts to do on off days, a private facebook group for support and accountability, recipe book, nutrition information, and Food Journals.
