What do I need to bring to class?
For you: Don't forget water, a towel, a yoga mat or blanket, sunscreen, and comfortable clothes with exercise shoes.
For your little ones: Pack the usual diaper bag essentials, plus snacks, a toy or two, and a stroller.
I just had a baby. When can I start stroller classes?
You can begin attending class with your doctor's clearance to begin exercising, typically after your six week postpartum appointment. See you there, Mama!
Can I attend classes if I am pregnant?
Absolutely! We encourage expectant moms to continue to exercise throughout their pregnancies as long as everything has been approved by their physician. We can modify any exercise that poses a challenge as you progress through your pregnancy.
FIT4MOM® recommends you obtain your doctor’s approval prior to beginning any exercise program. If pregnant, please speak with your physician before your first day.
How will I know if the class location has changed due to weather?
If the weather doesn’t cooperate, class locations will shift indoors. Be sure to pre-enroll so you’ll get email updates about any location changes. You can always double-check our schedule on the website, and we keep our social media accounts updated as well.
Do I need to be a runner to attend these classes?
Not at all! FIT4MOM® is designed for every fitness level. We always begin with a warm-up and then move together as a group. You’ll go at the pace that feels best for you, and that’s always enough. Plus, you’ll be surrounded by a community of moms who are cheering you on every step of the way!
At what age can my baby be in a jogger?
A good rule of thumb is that once your baby can hold their head up, they can usually ride in a jogger. Always check your stroller manufacturer’s guidelines for safety!
Do I need a jogging stroller for the workout?
Jogging strollers aren’t required! Any sturdy stroller that won’t tip over and keeps your little one safely strapped in for the whole class will work perfectly.
What if my baby doesn’t like the stroller, gets fussy, or needs to be fed during class?
Classes are designed to keep little ones engaged, but don’t stress if your baby needs some extra attention. Nursing, changing, or comforting is always welcome. You’re in good company!
Can my older children walk along or ride their bike during class?
For the safety of everyone, children aged five and under are required to stay in their strollers during class. They’ll have a front-row seat to all the fun!

Can I bring kids to mom-only classes like body well, body boost, or body ignite?
Unfortunately, no. The Body Well Program, Body Boost Class, and Body Ignite Class are specifically designed for moms. We can't wait to welcome you when it's your time to shine!
Can I attend classes if I am pregnant?
Absolutely! We encourage expectant moms to stay active throughout their pregnancies, as long as their physician has given the green light. We can modify any exercises that feel challenging as your pregnancy progresses.
FIT4MOM® recommends getting your doctor’s approval before starting any exercise program. If you’re pregnant, be sure to check in with your physician before your first class.
Do I need to be in great shape to participate in class?
Not at all! FIT4MOM is for moms of all fitness levels. We empower you through choice. You will be coached by a trained fitness instructor who will guide you through exercises best for your age and stage of motherhood. You exercise at the pace you feel most comfortable.

What are the FIT4MOM Our Village Events & Playgroups?
As moms, we know life is all about finding balance while nurturing our minds, bodies, and spirits. That’s why we created FIT4MOM Our Village Events and Playgroups a space for connection, support, and fun.
By becoming a member, you’ll join a close-knit community of moms to share advice, tips, and, most importantly, laughter. Connect with other moms through:

Monthly Mommy & Me Playdates: Special activities for kids, plus events like showers, meal trains, and our “Moms with a Mission” community service projects making a difference where you live and play.
Not a member yet? No problem! All moms are welcome to join our FIT4MOM Our Village Weekly Playgroup — and it’s completely FREE!
What if I am having trouble registering for a free event?
Reach out to FIT4MOM North Hills Member Manager, Mara Smith, at mara.fit4mom.northhills@gmail.com. She’ll ensure that Our Village credits are added to your account!
Our Membership & Credit Packs
What does Membership include?
Your membership includes unlimited classes at any of the FIT4MOM North Hills locations. We currently offer seven classes per week, spread across several different locations in the North Hills area.
Membership also includes being part of our closed Facebook group, weekly playgroups, monthly Moms’ Night Outs, and more!
There is a $xx enrollment fee for all new monthly memberships. If you sign up for membership on the first day of class you pay a $xx enrollment fee.
If you cancel your membership and then wish to rejoin, you pay a $xx reactivation fee to rejoin.
Members who transfer to us from another franchise outside will be charged a $x enrollment fee.
How do I update my credit card on file?
To update your credit card on file:
Log in to your Glofox account (from the FIT4MOM North Hills website)
Click on "Profile"
Under your profile picture on the left side, scroll down.
Click to "delete" the card you no longer wish to use.
Click "add" to update your credit card information.
Input your updated credit card information and click "Save."
If your monthly dues payment fails and you do not respond to our emails to update your credit card info, your membership will be cancelled.
Is my membership transferable to another franchise location?
No. Memberships are only valid for the franchise where they were purchased. If you move to an area outside of our franchise, you will need to cancel your current membership and sign up for a membership at the new franchise. We encourage you to contact the franchisee where you are moving to and let them know you have a current FIT4MOM membership at another franchise.

Can I bring visiting family or friends to class with me?
Visitors are welcome to attend class free of charge! If you have an extended-stay guest who will participate for longer than one week, they will be subject to a $18 per-class charge. All visitors must sign our waiver to participate.
