We’re happy to welcome Senna Urso back as a substitute Stroller Strides instructor! A Shaler native, Senna joined FIT4MOM in 2023 while pregnant and quickly found the support and friendships she was looking for. She and her husband love spending time outdoors with their toddler daughter and their two Maine Coon cats. Senna can’t wait to see familiar faces and meet new mamas!
